Shiksha Fair @ JBCN International School

The 18th of September, Uni-Italia Mumbai participated in Day 2 of International Shiksha 2019 at JBCN International School, Borivali.
JBCN has attained the Global Sustainable School Award in the year 2017 which is an encouragement towards supporting the UN Sustainable Development Goals towards achieving end of poverty, protecting the planet and prosperity for all.

To start up the event, a warm and friendly welcome speech was given by the Principal of the host school to students and teachers from participating schools. It was a great day packed with over 200 students from Grades 9-12 throughout the day taking in all the information for pursuing their higher studies at different international destinations.

Besides the host school there was a group participation from Rustomjee Cambridge International School (RCIS), Dahisar and walk-in parents from Don Bosco High School, Borivali and Ram Ratna International School, Bhayandar.

Uni-Italia representatives Ms Federica Giove, Ms. Hayley Fonseca and Ms. Leeann Dsouza interacted with many fascinated students, interested in various fields, offering a vast range of renowned universities to select from and to choose Italy as their future destination for prospected higher education. A brief video presentation was also imparted to students for them to have a better understanding and benefits of study in Italy, which will help them grow to achieve their goals.

Uni-Italia will be participating next in International Shiksha Day 3 at S.M. Shetty International School (https://www.smshettyinstitute.org) to be held on 27th November.
