Giấy phép cư trú
Foreigners intending to stay in Italy for more than a period of three months have to apply for a residence permit.
Within eight days of arrival in Italy with a type D "national" visa for STUDY (University enrolment), students must submit an application for a residence permit for STUDY (University) to the competent Police Headquarters of the city where they intend to stay during the course of study, presenting the following documents:

Passport;

Entry Visa to Italy;

Declaration of assignment of scholarship;

Pre-enrolment letter to the University;

Copy of health insurance.
