As part of extending our promotional activities, members from the Uni-Italia India team catered to over 900 students in New Delhi, Mumbai and Bangaluru during the Begin Autumn Education fair held between October 19 and 22, 2024.

Prospective students were accompanied by parents who actively engaged in discussions, particularly inquiring about the acceptance rate of admissions, the expected living expenses and Tuition fee, and the language requirements for universities. Additionally, many students sought clarity on whether there is a common entrance exam or if they have to take any language test for admissions to Italian universities.

Students expressed a strong interest in courses across a wide range of disciplines, including Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, Sciences and Technologies, Arts, Design, Architecture, Business, Management, Law, Medicine and Health, as well as Agriculture, Forestry, and Animal Sciences. Several students shared their aspirations to attend Italy’s top universities and were enthusiastic about Italy’s strong academic offerings. There was also an increase in the interest from students to enquire for PhD courses in Italy.

The Uni-Italia India team also delivered presentations in each city on Study in Italy and how Uni-Italia can assist students as the official government body. The fair opened doors for both students and Uni-Italia to have interactions and promote more on the educational system in Italy.
