Uni-Italia India had the opportunity to visit the campus of TDV (The Design Village) with NABA - Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, with an aim of taking the institution’s already-existing Italian design connection to the next level. A detailed meeting with the core international team was followed by a student-interaction session and a tour of the campus that felt reminiscent of a beautiful design studio-cum-workshop - the perfect setting to seek inspiration, ideate and create. TDV already has an academic camaraderie with other renowned Italian design institutions, including Domus Academy, and they have developed a wonderful joint studio with Politecnico di Milano. Uni-Italia looks forward to bringing in more Italian academic stakeholders to the TDV x Italy mix in the upcoming months.
