1. All Uni-Italia student guidance fees are non-refundable and do NOT Include the University application fee(s) as well as the Visa application fee, which will have to be paid by the student directly to the academic institution and/or concerned visa application center.

2. Uni-Italia Is not responsible for the outcome of the student's Italian Institution admission process, the entrance tests and/or the scholarship application undertaken by the student.

3. Uni-Italia fees are valid for one academic year only and cannot be transferred nor carried forward to the following academic year under any circumstance.

4. Uni-Italia has no authority to interfere with the processing of the visa application and is no way responsible for the final outcome of the visa application.The authority to issue visas lies exclusively with the competent Italian Diplomatic Mission.
